Wellspring Group Available to Every Woman

If we are born with a spring of life, it gets clouded by our experiences. So we want to clear it out and come back to who we were each designed to be.

Wellspring is a six-part psycho-educational group, which means it will be both a learning experience and provide an opportunity for healing. Each group will be two hours in length and involves:

• Teaching and discussion
• Time in nature
• Personal reflection with creative exercises
• Personal sharing with the group. The response of the group might be to mirror your experience or individually relate the sharing to their own experience. Feedback is not about judging, problem solving, critiquing, or advising.
• Community building and dialogue

In addition, each part will include an “At Home” activity.

The tools that can aid in the experience are:

Part One: Awareness and re-connection with nature and oneself

• Who was I before my wellspring became unclear?

Part Two: Attentiveness to transformation in nature and self

• How do I feel about transforming the condition of my wellspring?

Part Three: Letting go and creating space naturally

• What do I need to let go of in order to clear my wellspring?

Part Four: Nature helps me define and meet my needs

• How can my wellspring flow clearly again?

Part Five: Experience harmony in nature and self

• Am I at home with a clear wellspring?

Part Six: Wellspring, balancing giving to self and others

• Can I maintain a clear flowing wellspring while giving to others?

Prerequisite: Women interested in joining a Wellspring Group must first attend an Awakening Retreat. After the retreat, you and the leaders can decide if the group would be appropriate for you.

Group* Dates & Times: The meeting dates and times will be generated out of the retreat that you attend. The group meeting times will be determined for each group. You might be with women from the retreat you attended or with others.
