Our Story: friends at the beach.

We were a group of busy women managing work and life, who decided never-the-less to make time to meet in a restful place where we could explore and share our lives with one another. The time we spent together was like a spa for the mind and the spirit. We laughed, we talked, we danced, we played, we walked on the beach, we journaled, we drew pictures, we took pictures, we tried on clothes. It was great fun. Best of all, we each came to see our selves more clearly and connect with the others more deeply through this process.

And we knew we were on to something.

We wanted to create a space for other women to experience the joy and peace that comes from being and sharing our deepest selves.

So we designed an approach that would help us re-create the experience. The SPA Sisters program includes an Awakening Retreat and a Wellspring Group. We use nature as our place and choose the metaphors that resonate to make ourselves known to each other. Creative expressions are used as tools for this sharing. No ex-perience necessary.
