What is the Awakening Retreat?
The Awakening Retreat is a one-day experience that teaches the concept of using nature as a guide to rediscover your true self. During the retreat, you will use journaling, drawing, poetry, time in nature and group sharing to create a personal practice of contemplation and inspiration that is accessible anytime, anywhere.
What is the Wellspring Group?
The Wellspring Group is an extended, six-step program that builds on the foundation and practices of the Awakening Retreat to deepen your relationship with yourself. During each step, you learn to identify the barriers to living your life with integrity, discovering what you need to restore a true sense of yourself while giving to others.
Is SPA Sisters therapy?
No. SPA Sisters is not therapy. It’s a program that teaches you simple tools and practices to reconnect with your true self through nature.
Who leads SPA Sisters?
SPA Sisters is led by a group of women who believe passionately in the profound life and lessons that nature reveals. Facilitators are trained therapists with experience in leading group sessions, each with their own unique story and perspective to help guide your experience.

Can therapists get CE credits with SPA Sisters?
Yes. By participating in SPA Sisters, therapists can receive CE credits. The Awakening Retreat offers 6 CEs. Cost ($85) The Wellspring Group offers 12 CEs. Cost ($198) The Awakening Retreat is a prerequisite. The Facilitator Training Program offers 22 CEs ($450) with the Awakening Retreat and Wellspring Group as Prerequisites.
